Empower Workforce Solutions Ltd. is a new, premiere Ghanaian recruitment company. With Ghana being one of the fastest growing economies in Africa, it’s in boom and people, as Empower sees it, are perhaps the most valuable asset for a sustainable economy and shared national success.
To capture 10% of the Ghanaian labour market, and to connect “quality people to quality organisations” by establishing an immediate presence as the recruitment specialists in Ghana that offer services at international standards while staying locally relevant.
We had the rare opportunity to develop a new brand from strategy through to implementation, which included the development of:

The Human Palette is a Human Resource Management consultancy that specialises in corporate and SMME diversity workshops, training, and facilitation services.
The Human Palette was established by two seasoned female HR practitioners with an immense amount of years’ experience in various HR fields with recent focus on diversity training and facilitation in some of SA’s biggest corporates. To instil confidence in existing and prospective clients, their newly formed company had to ‘break through the clutter’ with a strong brand that reflected their unique approach, offering and high-level thinking.
The name we created, The Human Palette, was inspired by the company’s unique proposition – bringing more of the personal, softer, “human” aspects of the services they provide through their understanding and experience of the diverse workforce landscape in South African corporates and SMMEs.
The logo, a colourful thumb print, symbolises the importance of the individual, while the colourful palette represents the workforce diversity of their business.

Ben Nsusha is a multi-awarded, KZN-born artist based in Dobsonville (Soweto). He has exhibited across the world and locally including New York, London, Germany, Australia, Durban, Johannesburg and Soweto, and continues to express and impress in his four favourite mediums; painting, ceramics, sculpture and print making.
Ben Nsusha initially came to us to help him launch his exhibition Thunga UThimule which was to feature over 100 works. After further discussions, and with a 40 year career in tow and more years still to contribute to the heritage of South African art & culture, it became apparent to us he needed to create and establish his brand, introducing it to the public for the first time through the exhibition (the first since 2000).
As an artist it was important the logo expressed aspects of his artistry which is incredibly detailed and so we worked very closely with him on the creation of his logo, a process he was pedantically gentle about. We also developed and helped him with:
- C.I. roll-out
- Website with e-commerce capabilities
- Pricelist catalogue brochure
- Video production
As one of our most-valued clients, we are looking forward to helping Ben Nsusha progress his brand, we have only scratched the surface of this ‘art brand’.
